OLIVE takes the security of your personal data seriously. This notice has been prepared to inform you, as data controller, how your personal data is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Legal Basis and Method of Collection

It is processed on the legal grounds of being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller and the fulfilment of legal obligations, pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK.

Transfer of Personal Data

Limited to the purposes stated above, your personal data may be transferred to the hosting and infrastructure providers we work with and to public authorities legally entitled to receive it. Your data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
